"Next station - Piotrków Trybunalski" by Adam Guziński is a documentary produced for the 800th anniversary of the city. Belonging to the „urban impression” genre, the documentary devoid of dialogue or narration is quite unique. The city itself and its multicultural atmosphere are portrayed in an individual manner, solely through images and music. On the part of Opus Film, the producer is Marcin Pośpiech.

On December 20 we have finished shooting the new series for Canal +, "Kruk. Szepty słychać po zmroku".
It will be the first Polish production realized in 4K technology.
It will premiere in spring of 2018.

The shooting of "Ultraviolet" a new scripted crime series from Sony Pictures Television Networks’ AXN Central Europe has come to an end. Opus Film is responsible for the production.

Urszula Antoniak's "Beyond Words" film won two prizes at the 42nd Gdynia Film Festival.
The film received Best Cinematography (Lennert Hillege) and Best Sound (Mirosław Makowski, Jan Schermer, Maciej Pawłowski) prizes.

Amazon Studios Buys ‘Cold War’ From Oscar Winner Paweł Pawlikowski

At the beginning of August, shooting of Paweł Pawlikowski's latest film "Cold War" has ended. We present the first official photos from the movie.

Sony Pictures Television Networks’ AXN Central Europe announced the start of production on "Ultraviolet", a new original series produced locally in Łódź, Poland by Opus Film and starring Marta Nieradkiewicz (Zjednoczone stany miłości, Kamper, Płynące wieżowce), Agata Kulesza (Róża, Ida, Moje córki krowy), and Bartłomiej Topa (Karbala, Wataha, Sługi boże, Druga szansa). The 10-episode scripted crime series will debut this fall. "Ultraviolet" will be directed by Jan Komasa (Miasto 44, Sala Samobójców) and Sławomir Fabicki (Miłość, Zbrodnia 2). From Opus Film producers of the series are Piotr Dzięcioł and Dorota Szcześniak.
